Technical assistance incinerator works

Groupe Séché invited an external team overseeing renovation works on the Senerval incinerator site in Strasbourg. The planned renovation works required various construction projects, including asbestos removal from areas of the plant and the replacement of boilers 1, 2, 3.

These works required rigorous planning and the efficient coordination of a number of different on-site actors. In light of the of the technical nature of the project, a technical support team was set-up to provide rapid on-site technical support for the construction teams.
