The position in short

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our Engineering Knowledge Management team. Your mission? To make complex technical information understandable to experts and novices alike.

Working with our clients and the Knowledge Management Manager, you will produce clear, concise documents tailored to the needs of each project. You will write reports, implementation plans, and procedures, adapting complex content for a variety of audiences. You will interview experts and synthesize their knowledge in a concise manner. You'll work on multiple large projects in parallel, with autonomy and agility in sourcing technical information.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Write and produce technical documents for various projects, such as operational preparation plans, feasibility studies, and execution plans.
• Create documents that comply with current standards and our clients' specific standards, ensuring their rigor and quality.
• Verify and validate the quality of deliverables to ensure that all documents meet quality requirements.
• Work closely with our clients, partners, contractors, and engineers to maintain smooth communication and ensure seamless project execution.

Your Profile

• You are bilingual (French and English), as some of the documents you will be working on come from international companies and are written in English. What's more, some of our deliverables are intended for senior executives of global companies who communicate in English.
• You have a keen interest in technical subjects and technical communication.
• Your communication skills, especially in writing, are recognized and solid.
• Resourceful, curious, and adaptable, you will be able to thrive in a variety of work environments.
• You have excellent organizational skills and are able to manage several projects at the same time.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences or in a field where analysis and writing are essential.

• Mastery of Office Suite tools.
• Knowledge of SharePoint.

Location :

From one of our offices: Montreal, Brossard, Quebec City, Trois-Rivières or Saguenay, you will have the opportunity to be attached to the office of your choice to work in hybrid mode (a mix of telecommuting and face-to-face work each week).

Mobility may be required to travel to different regions.
